Legacy Village Homes LP presents a Homeownership Opportunity for Families or Individuals who have not owned a Home in the past three years. Educators within the Warren County School District can participate in the State of Mississipi’s Housing Assistance for Teachers.
Participants in the Lease Purchase Program will have a Right of First Refusal to acquire their Home at the end of a 24-month Lease Term. A portion of the Participant’s rent will be credited toward closing cost when the participant successfully completes the Program.
