Full-Time | Base + Commission | $75k - $150k+ Yearly | Showroom Environment

Job Summary

Xclusive is hiring Retail Sales Representatives to join our fast-growing team in a showroom-based automotive customization environment at our Alvin location in Alvin, TX.

This role is perfect for entry-level to early-career sales professionals who are comfortable with in-store sales, upselling, and customer interaction . You’ll help customers upgrade their vehicles with wheels, tires, lift kits, and performance accessories , guiding them through options and closing sales on the spot.

What You’ll Do

In-Store Sales & Customer Experience

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom

• Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget

• Recommend products such as wheels, tires, lift kits, and accessories

• Deliver a consultative, high-energy sales experience

• Work directly in our Alvin showroom assisting customers with in-store sales and upgrades.

Upselling & Closing

• Identify opportunities to increase ticket size through upgrades and bundles

• Present value-driven recommendations

• Close sales in a fast-paced retail environment

Product Knowledge & Store Support

• Learn and stay current on products, trends, and customization options

• Support showroom organization and merchandising

• Contribute to team sales goals and performance targets

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable working in a retail showroom environment

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Interest in cars or automotive customization

Preferred

• Retail sales or upselling experience

• Knowledge of wheels, tires, or vehicle modifications
