About the Role:

Ballerina Restaurant Inc is looking for a friendly and attentive Pool Attendant to join our team in beautiful Bal Harbour, FL! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a stunning waterfront environment where you'll help create an exceptional experience for our guests every single day.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor pool area to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests
• Set up and arrange pool furniture, lounge chairs, and umbrellas daily
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, surrounding areas, and amenities
• Assist guests with towels, seating preferences, and general poolside requests
• Enforce pool rules and safety guidelines in a courteous and professional manner
• Coordinate with food and beverage staff to support poolside service
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or equipment concerns promptly

Requirements:

• Prior experience in hospitality, guest services, or a pool attendant role preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a warm, welcoming demeanor
• Ability to work outdoors in a hot, sunny environment for extended periods
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
