Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager — North Bay HyundaiHiring Immediately | Estimated Annual Compensation: $92,000–$180,000 | Full-TimeNorth Bay Hyundai is looking for an Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager who can deliver strong results while providing an excellent customer experience.We need someone who takes ownership of the finance process, works closely with the sales desk, and keeps deals moving from customer agreement through funding. Prior F&I experience is strongly preferred.Qualified candidates should have:A proven record of selling finance and vehicle protection products while maintaining high customer satisfaction.Working knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, lender requirements, and deal funding.Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.The ability to explain options clearly and help customers make informed decisions.Experience with dealership software and electronic menu presentations.A valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States.ResponsibilitiesIntroduce yourself promptly after the customer agrees to purchase and explain the next steps.Complete a customer interview to understand driving habits, ownership plans, and vehicle protection needs.Present a complete F&I menu to every customer and explain applicable products, including service contracts, GAP, and maintenance coverage.Help customers complete cash purchases or secure financing and lease terms.Work with lenders to obtain approvals and resolve funding requirements.Prepare accurate contracts, verify required documents, and follow deals through funding.Follow applicable federal and state requirements and dealership policies.Work closely with sales managers to provide a smooth handoff and timely delivery.Meet dealership goals for product penetration and F&I gross while maintaining customer satisfaction.Participate in training and help improve the sales and finance process.Apply TodaySubmit your resume for consideration.
